ANZ has been named ‘Best Bank’ in Asia for corporate banking for the ninth consecutive year.
The organisation has been recognised as ‘Best Bank — Corporate Banking’ in the Coalition Greenwich Voice of Client – 2025 Asia Corporate Banking Study and Coalition Greenwich Voice of Client – 2025 Asia Corporate Foreign Exchange Study.
The title, previously known as ‘Greenwich Quality Leader in Asia Large Corporate Banking’, has been awarded to ANZ every year since 2017.
Crisil Coalition Greenwich also recognised ANZ as ‘Best Bank’ in China for the ninth-straight year, and ’Best Bank’ in Hong Kong.
ANZ Managing Director, International, Simon Ireland said the award was welcome recognition for the team and their commitment to customers in the world’s fastest-growing region.
“This is a significant result, and I’d like to thank our customers who participated in the research," he said. "We will continue to focus on delivering a customer-first bank across every segment of our business."
ANZ was also once again recognised for ease of doing business, coverage for corporates, and forex trading for corporates in Asia.
The Coalition Greenwich awards are based on an independent study which speaks to 1,052 Asia-based companies and foreign subsidiaries with an annual turnover of greater than $US500 million.
The study asks executives from across Asia – excluding Australia, New Zealand and Japan – to rate their relationship quality with organisations like ANZ under a range of criteria.
In June, ANZ was named number one for customer relationships in Australia by Crisil Coalition Greenwich for the sixteenth time since 2005.
